When available, open Ask NLH on the site and choose Contact staff to start a staff support request. Do not send passwords, payment information, or other sensitive details in chat.

Reporting a tool issue

Include the tool name, the steps you took, and what result you expected versus what appeared. For price-related tools, include the item and the time you checked it; Grand Exchange data can change between updates.
